Summer Rock Camp – High Point Climbing & Fitness
Want to get your child into climbing but not sure where to start? Our Summer Climbing Camp teaches kids ages 5-14 about rock climbing & team building. Our staff is dedicated to teaching the basics of climbing, including: equipment usage, climbing techniques, and the importance of communication. These camps will encourage kids to find new ways of approaching climbing through age-appropriate group instruction.

Rocket City Ninja Obstacle Academy Summer Camp
Our Ninja Warrior Summer Camps are one week programs and we provide the complete “American Ninja Warrior Experience” for your children ages 5-13. The camps are educational clinics to teach your kids how to be Ninja Warriors as well as enhance self disciple and of course, have fun!
Youth Learn to Row Summer Camp
During each introductory camp, participants will learn the fundamentals of both Sweep and Sculling styles of rowing. In addition, we address, nutrition, physiology, equipment, terminology, and safety of being on and off the water while training. We discuss Collegiate Rowing opportunities and the importance of setting goals towards opportunities in rowing scholarships (the number 1 opportunity in college athletics). Following one of our summer camps, participants will have acquired the basics of the sport of Rowing and have developed a strong foundation of the skills necessary that can be built upon for one of our competitive rowing programs.
UAH Basketball Kids Camp
Held at Spragins Hall, the UAH Men’s Basketball Kids Camp is a great way for local players to sharpen their fundamentals directly from the Charger coaching staff and players. Campers are grouped by age and ability to work on everything from shooting and passing to defensive drills and live 5-on-5 competition. It’s a high-energy environment where kids get to learn the game on a college campus, and every participant even walks away with their own UAH basketball and T-shirt to keep the practice going at home.
UAH Baseball Camp
At camp you will learn: throwing, fielding - ground balls, fly calls, catching, pitching, hitting, bunting, mental aspects to the game.
