Launch into Summer with U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s New Day Camps

This summer, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center is excited to offer two distinct day camp experiences designed to inspire the next generation of explorers: Galaxy Explorers Day Camp and Summer Circuits Day Camp! Both programs focus on hands-on learning, so parents don’t have to choose just one experience; you can “choose your own adventure” for your explorer by registering for both to balance traditional creative play with high-tech STEM challenges. Depending on your child’s age, you can even pair a morning Summer Circuits session with an afternoon at Galaxy Explorers for a full day of diverse discovery.

Galaxy Explorers Day Camp

At the brand-new Galaxy Explorer Day Camp, campers are in for a traditional day camp experience at the coolest place on Earth! This program is designed to get children away from screens and into a world of physical discovery and creative play! Explorers will enjoy a campus-wide day camp experience, and parents can choose a Half Day option (morning or afternoon) or register their explorer(s) for a Full Day option.

Galaxy Explorers Museum Day Camp will offer three age stages:

  • Stage One: ages 6-8
  • Stage Two: 9-11
  • Stage Three: 12-14

Flexible Scheduling
